GOOD FRIDAY

Friday, April 3 |  7 PM

9217 Gravois Road

Good Friday is a time to slow down and remember the moment at the center of the Christian story: the cross.

Join us for a reflective evening as we remember what Jesus did for us through His death. This service will include moving music, Scripture readings, and a message from Pastor Josh Nix exploring Jesus’ identity as the “Lamb of God”—the one who gave His life to take away the sins of the world.

Come reflect, worship, and remember together as we prepare our hearts for Easter Sunday.

Please note: childcare will not be available for this service.

What is Good Friday?

Christians around the world have observed Good Friday for centuries as the day we remember Jesus’ crucifixion. The name “Good Friday” may sound strange at first, since it marks a day of suffering and death. But Christians call it good because of what Jesus accomplished through the cross. His sacrifice made forgiveness and new life possible for anyone who trusts in Him. Churches often mark the day with a quieter, more reflective service—pausing to sit with the weight of the cross before celebrating the hope of Easter.
