At Rooftop we value honest and constructive feedback. The Rooftop Elder Team wants to know how the people of God at Rooftop think we’re doing so that we may serve God and shepherd his people more faithfully. Please answer the following questions honestly and helpfully.

Do you have confidence in the Rooftop Elders - That they are godly men filled with the wisdom and grace necessary to lead Rooftop Church? Why?
Are there any "agenda items" you think the elders need to discuss at their next meeting?
As currently set up, Rooftop Elders oversee and shepherd the church staff and deacons. However, we also make ourselves available to pray for and shepherd individuals at Rooftop. Can the Elders help you in any way?
Do you have any particular issues or problems you need to discuss with individual Elders? (If so, we encourage you to remember the words of Jesus in dealing with conflict - especially Matthew 5:23-24, 18:15-17) We hope you will give us the chance to learn from and be reconciled to you!
